The bad news, Cannabis Prohibition in New Zealand is still here and its not gone but it has resulted in a American lady whose name is Jessika Guest who had to relocate back to Colorado because the New Zealand Government refuses her request to be allowed to treat her epileptic daughter with Cannabis.
