Cannabis Prohibition is a form of Discrimination in New Zealand, Cannabis use is also a human rights issue

In this article I will demonstrate that currently the status quo on Cannabis which is in the form of Prohibition is in fact a form of Discrimination and a Human Rights Violation, in New Zealand being caught using Cannabis could result in a conviction or 1st time offense a possible diversion but that being said. It is time to prove that the current status quo on Cannabis in New Zealand is doing more harm than good.

The Harms associated with Cannabis laws in New Zealand:

In this section there are harms associated with the current Cannabis Laws in New Zealand, it is illegal to manufacture Cannabis Oil (refer to Rick Simpson's Run From The Cure Documentary, can be found on Youtube) which is a Class B rated so-called drug which should be taken off the Class B Drug rating to Medicine. In New Zealand being caught manufacturing Cannabis Oil or even trafficking it is a pretty serious offense  (ref New Zealand Police on Cannabis Oil: http://www.police.govt.nz/advice/drugs-and-alcohol/illicit-drugs-offences-and-penalties) can result in prison time and in the end should a conviction result, it will limit the convicted person's immigration prospect and career prospect is pretty much limited, if the convicted person wishes to immigrate to Japan, the Cannabis conviction would put his or her chance of immigrating to Japan or even entering Japan to a big 0.

Another harm associated with the Cannabis laws in New Zealand is people who are suffering from ailments like Cancer, Diabetes, Organ Failure, Dementia, Obesity, Heart Disease and Psychiatric problems like Autism and etc will be seen as criminals when they want safe access to Cannabis to treat their condition. In my view the current laws on Cannabis Prohibition is a form of Discrimination and it makes people who have legitimate cases to use Cannabis for a specific ailment to look like a criminal.

It is pretty much a human rights violation to deny so

A finishing message to Cannabis Prohibitionists:

I would like to the Cannabis Prohibitionists have no right to tell people what they can do and not do when they demand to use Cannabis, just imagine what position you will be in when you find out when a loved one is suffer from any ailment and then the Doctor says "We can treat your loved one no more, we have done everything we can".
